Easy Returns and Exchanges

Return shipping charges are not refundable. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. We will not be responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Returns received AFTER 30 days are subject to a re-stocking fee, IF ACCEPTED.

Special Note on Returns

Try on each item BEFORE you wear it for a game. Once an item has been worn, it MAY NOT be returned. SHOES are not returnable if worn, and are not returnable for ANY REASON after the original season for which they were purchased - shoes may only last one season!

HATS MUST BE RETURNED IN A BOX. We will not exchange, credit or refund any hat that is not returned in a box.

Slacks that have been hemmed or altered are NOT returnable and alteration charges are not refundable.

You May Not Return

Personalized or custom items that have been hemmed/altered, monogrammed, embroidered, lettered, or numbered; supporters, briefs or underpants of any kind; items that have been used, worn or washed; hats which have been creased.

Defective Items

PRIOR APPROVAL must be received before returning items that may be defective. We must receive and inspect the defective item before we can issue a replacement. If the return is due to an error on Honig's part, we will correct our error and refund your postage necessary to return that item, up to $4.50. Please contact us before returning item in question.
